| i do this atleast 6 times a week for a month now#1lift weights(working on triceps,chest to get rid of my man boobs,and shoulder)#2cardio machine for 15 minutes each daythen go back to #1i drink protien shakes after this workout planall of this takes up an hourim 175 ft 5120 pounds(gained some 20 pounds in 8 months!!)feel free to add suggestions, what and what not to do^^ |

| Sounds good..but also run..i personally think its better then the ellipitcal machine and feel like the machine does part of the work for you. |

| I suggest losing the protein shakes, they do very little for you. Cut down on sugary filled foods and try for healthier, smaller portions for meals. Try some yoga and kick boxing, it makes you more flexible and strong. Also try using less machinary, getting outside and actually running would probably do you better. Good luck,Seinna |
