I usually like to run on the treadmill for 45 minutes but since I burned my ankle, I can't wear tennis shoes. What can I do instead indoors so I can at least get my heart pumping and burn some calories?

You could try pilates, you probably won't get your heart rate up that high but pilates does still help people to lose weight and tone up and it won't be bad for you because you don't need to wear shoes to do it and also if you can still run, you could try just running on the treadmill without shoes on

A liquid diet is appropriate. Along with water do yoga. Yoga is very soothing and helps digest food with the help of water.Drink one glass of water before every meal. Make it feel obligatory. Then, not only will you loose wait, you will also higher your self esteem.ORAll you have to do is eat in portions. For instance: Have a apple in the morning, then an hour later have cereal. - so on so forth. All day long, after every hour, eat. then the food has time to digest. You will feel a lot better.Oh ya, if your not up for yoga, then excersize. buy a disk like: Walk Away The Pounds. (Or some workout disk). Good Luck.
