| ok so i started working out like 3-4 weeks ago...i want to lose lots of weight and be lean. So i worked out really hard the first weeks, maybe too hard, so my body went into starvation mode. Im working out less not but my legs have started to hurt when i work out. I cant do a 10 min work out because my legs hurt. They feel really heavy, almost like they have never worked out before. I have strong legs, so this is new to me. i want to lose weight and stuff so i do all the cardio machines. And prety much all the machines require that you use the legs. Im getting new running shoes because my old ones are too small, so for arguments sake lets say my shoes arent the problem, do you think my legs are worked too much? I preety much work out everyday sometimes twice a day, do you think they took a toll?? im thinking about just doing weight lifting and upper body workouts to give my legs a rest? have anyone felt this way before? my legs just feel really heavy and like they have never worked out before. help!.lol thanks |
