| I know this Question has been asked before, but id like some advice directed towards me personally.ive recently turned 18 and have been very skinny my whole life, pretty much skin and bone, recently ive started working out hard, nearly every night and have gotten into pretty good shape in the upper body area. but as ive gotten more fit ive also acquired a rather large gut. u can see my abs, but they stick out so dang far it looks like I'm pregnant. i work construction, have a bole of cereal in morning, a small sandwich at 9:30ish, another at noon, than some sort of meal that consists greatly of meat at around 6-7. morning and nights i have a dose of Mon via, a health drink. i am soon going to return to high school for my finale year. what are some ways i can flattin my gut, i dont want to lose any more weight, i would prefer for gain some. i plan starting to run in the mornings, but if someone could please help me out on making some sort of schedule and diet that would be great. please reply, i would greatly aprecitate it. |
