| you sound like youre at the low end of whats healthy for your height. make sure you eat enough calories every day. also, keep in mind that muscle makes for a lot of one's weight. and personally, i think that being toned is more important than being skinny (and it honestly looks better). |

| You shouldn't really worry about what the scale says. If you feel like your problem is your stomach that do some cardio and Pilate's and that will help. As long as your working out on a regular basis and doing portion controll then you should be fine. |

You are an ideal weight for your height at anywhere from 112-143 pounds, so 121 is completely fine from a health point of view. However, whether it looks good or not depends on your frame. A petite, small-boned woman will look okay at 112lbs, but a woman with medium-sized frame might look pretty skeletal. So if your friend thinks you look too skinny, you should probably listen to her! And you honestly don't need to worry. You are by no stretch of the imagination fat.Besides, men love curves on a woman anyway (take it from the two-aspirins-on-an-ironing-board Chinese girl) so even if you do go up to a 10 (how much would I LOVE to be a 10!) you have no reason to be self-conscious. Just be proud of how svelte you are, even after two kids. |
