Anyone have experience using a home workout program (dvd set) similar to that billy taeBo guy, or maybe power90? I want something new like those, and they seem fun AND challenging...but not sure which program is best? I don't want pilates or yoga, & trying not to spend a fortune. I'm trying to lose about 50lbs. help?can anyne share weight loss stats while (or before& after) using the programs?thanxx!

you could check out turbo jam. it's pretty fun and really good cardio workout... it's kind of expensive if you get it from the website but you can get it for pretty cheap on ebay
