ok I'm nearly 5'6 and when i began i was 128 pounds ( a week ago ) now I'm 122. I eat around 600 - 800 calories a day. I run everyday 6- 7 miles.before i couldn't run when i tried this and plateaued at 124 in the second week (because of the low calorie intake). Will i Plataea again or will the running keep it going.

I also weighted like you before and I did every exercise and also starved my self to death just to loose weight. A friend of mine advises me to attend a fitness vacation with her. http://www.fitnesstouring.com/ gives wellness program, they also serves delicious but healthy foods, I also feel right away that I loose weight after the program. My self confidence has been restored and we enjoy the relaxing tour and very satisfying vacation that we have. Until now we attend their program for a wellness and rejuvenating experience.

Yeah, you will plateau, your body will adapt to the calorie intake, and from what you've been doing, you've probably lost a fair bit of muscle.Try not to eat less than 1200 calories when dieting, that's the generally accepted minimum the body needs to perform the functions necessary for life. You'll likely find you'll get better and faster results eating more and exercising. But if you insist on such low calorie intakes, then at least once every 1-2 weeks do a 're-feed' where you eat lots of carbs and other goodies your body has been missing, it'll help raise your metabolism back up and give your muscles the fuel they need.
