Its good that you do stomach crunches, but try and do other exercises using the stomach muscles, this will tone the stomach creating a more flatter look. hope this helps

first know your body needs at this site http://weightloss4all.tblog.com/ & then it will help you to make a proper diet plan for you. You can calculate your BMI here & then know if you are overweight or underweight. & choose your diet & exercise accordingly. I think this site http://weightloss4all.tblog.com/ will help you a lot in choosing your plan. This site will also help you in maintaining that weight also after loosing or gaining so you must see that also.

I cut out wheat products and that made a major difference in the circumference of my middle section. Take a look at your diet and replace the wheat products with bran and oatmeal where possible.

One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee. Get the rest of exercise tips here http://rapidweightloss.nmaskuri.com/cat/lose-belly-fat/
