Ok, I eat pretty healthy besides sweets. Then I go crazy. . . lol But here's what my plan is:For breakfast, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of fresh blueberries.About 2 hours later, I went outside for 30 minutes and played frisbee, ran, walked and jumped on a trrampoline.For lunch, I plan to eat a salad and some carrots. For dinner, I'm eating fruit and something else, I don't know what yet.But what do you think?? I'm not on a diet, I'm just trying to eat healthy and loose a few pounds.

Add more cardio to the mix. Try running a mile each night.

That sounds very healthy; great lifestyle. You may not lose much weight, though. If you start doing some deliberate exercise, like running or cycling, but still continue with the same eating habits... then you will see some results.Just avoid 'diets'. Eating healthy should be a lifestyle change, not a temporary one.

You don't appear to have a healthy blend of meals. If you really want to eat healthy and lose weight, you need to look at a Food Pyramid, and even out all of the groups into a day's worth of meals. (If you are a vegetarian, substitute tofu. Even if you aren't one, tofu is healthier than certain meats, and can give you enough protein to lose the weight. You need protein to lose those pounds.)And always excersize for 45-60 minutes a day. Good luck! ^-^
