| I'm a 17 year old male, I'm what you might call "fat" I weigh about 270 with about 80-90 lbs of fat, I'm worried about my health and also I want to look better. I don't have any idea about dieting and losing weight. I came up with something i think might work, I eat a small breakfast with 1-2 cups of coffee, i dont eat anything till lunch then i eat a small lunch with a 1\2 cup of tea, and for dinner i eat a normal sized meal with a cup of tea. I dont snack in between, and i also try to go running( or at least try till my heart is about to explode). I used to go to the gym every other day but for doing that for 3 months i lost only 5lbs. I dont have the resources to go back to the gym right now. | go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. |

| I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.2.
