I woke up and had fiber one cereal with skim milk (200 cal)then for lunch I had sandwich made of whole wheat bread (90 cal), all natural and organic peanut butter (1tbsp), and 3 fresh cut strawberries and one small 5 inch banana cut up in the sandwich. then on the side I had a serving of fat free pretzels (110 cal) and a fat free 100 calorie yogurt.I also had one sourdough wasa cracker with 1 tsp of that natural peanut butter (85 cal)so in all today ive had about 800 calories.at 3 pm im going to have a 90 calorie granola bar, and then at 5 pm ill eat dinner. what should i have for dinner that is about 300-400 calories? i want to eat as close to 1200 calories as i can. preferably just 1200.i dont want a salad/veggies.i dont really want grilled chicken either, i had that last night.and i dont lke seafood.haha any ideas?after dinner at 7 pm i am going to run 3-4 miles, 200 crunches, and pilates.im 17, 5'5'', and 116 lbs.thanks

So far, you had a pretty healthy breakfast and lunch. For dinner, try some kind of lean meat - possibly a small steak with whole wheat pasta or rice. As for your workout, that is a great way to stay in shape (I do a similar workout). However, you don't need to loose any weight- you are perfect where you are! Keep up the good work - you sound like your in great shape =)

Minus the pretzels (which are still junk food even if they are fat free) and it sounds pretty healthy to me I am eating like that too 1200 calories Smile For your dinner IM not sure I sometimes eat fish an veg or chicken an veg and sometimes I have vegetarian quorn sausages like less then 2 % fat with potatoes an veg an gravy an its only about 350 calories. But you got it right so far keep it up Smile

Your food intake does sound pretty healthy through out the day. But you need to eat more! Are you trying to lose weight? You are already REALLY thin! When you running 3 to 4 miles a day.. you need to be eating at least 2000 calories a day. Okay, not that I told you how I feel... If you want to have a low calorie dinner...soup works pretty good. I love the soups at safeway ( do you have Safeway's?) Either make a soup, or get some good type of soup.. not from a can. I like potato and minestrone.. yumm. But most soup is pretty low in cals Smile
