im 5'6 160 im kinda chubby for my hieght i wear a medium shirt , and around a 34 in pants which are loose on my waste but tight on my thighs and butt is something wrong with my body. my face is huge with fat the rest of my body has alot of fat too i want to be defined look ing like most guysi hate the fat on my face because its unattractive when i poke my cheeks they jiggle and i have a skinny neck. no matter how much toning i do the fat stays the same but in the mirror i can see my abs through the fat, like if i look hard enough i can see how perfect everything is. Its not loose skin because the fat of loose doesnt blend with your body its hangs from your body and you could still see how good your body looks minus it.with clothes on i still look fat , loose skin most people can put on clothes and you would never know so its hard to think losing 20 lbs will make me look the way i want because for my height i should weigh 140. am i suppose to be fat or something ? please dont saY run because where i live thats not optional so i jumprope alot and do the types of cardio and i eat right.

If you really eat right and exercise but your still overweight I think you should defenately go to your doctor.. He'll tell you what you need to do.

If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy.
