so for the past week i've been running the tread for 30 min everyday along with some other exercises, i lost a couple off pounds, Now im switching up to 36 min tae bo and 20 min pilates everyday will this be effective?i weigh 129 pounds

Yes! Exercising for 30 minutes or more each day will definately help you lose weight.

You will lose fat using this method, but dont forget a healthy diet. I would recommend that you do taebo 1 day and pilates the other. Dont overdo it. Taebo is excellent for health rate sweating and fat loss, but you wont get any benefits if your diet is not right. You can get a lot of details from my blog at http://burnfatnbuildmuscle.blogspot.com

Running is a sure fire way to lose weight.I would continue with it, since I feel it is one of the best exercises to get fit and lose some weight.Why not continue the running, but add in a shorter time doing pilate's/tae bo?

I lost forty pounds in four months by eliminating the carbs, soda, fats and eating two meals a day of breakfast and lunch. I exercise in the evening for an hour drink a jug of water. If I get hungry in the evening I usually eat a some raw vegetables. fruit or yogurt along with some water.
