Okay. You're not EXTREMELY overweight. But you are overweight. Cut down your calories to maybe 1,900 or 1,800. Eat healthier and exercise daily. That's basically all you can do if you want to lose weight naturally.Just ride your bike. Swimming I heard is a great way of exercise. Eat organic stuff. Junk food is for maybe a small dessert. And make sure you have a bunch of colors on your plate. Try getting fitness videos and workout with them. Usually they help. Good luck.Oh, remember to eat dairy, vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins everyday. But remember colorful foods help you to be healthy. I don't know if they will help with weight but they will help.Keep a food journal so you know what you're eating. It may also make you think that you can't eat that much because you don't want people to see you eating a lot of food if you did.

Well...you have the tools you just have to learn how to use them. I would talk to a doctor and/or a nutritionist and they will help you form an exercise and diet plan that is tailored to your body and your needs. Good luck.....but I don't think you are overweight.

Yeah. I'm that height and weight too. I'm SOOO not extremely overweight and neither are you. lol. Try a 1200 caloric diet with at least 30 minutes of cardio 5-7 days. Tons of protein and LOTS of veggies.

First of all you are not extremely overweight. Second of all, with all that you have/have access too it wouldn't be difficult to exercise. I use myfitnesspal.com and it help me keep track of all the calories eat and what exercise I do. Try it. Good luck

we'll first to start you have to start drinking water aleast 8 glasses a day, eat veggies and fruit, salad and no sweets! chicken is good lean meats no fats. walking is very good to start off try to walk a track at a middle school 4 times is 1 mile. try to walk 2 miles a day then work your way up. exercise ball is good for abs crunches and pilates. just work out and play sport and keep drinking water and you'll start feeling fit the first 2 weeks. Do some leg lunges and squats and ab crunches. and the most important thing is to KEEP CONSISTENT, don't ever stop because your legs hurt especially after lunges, I did leg lunges about 60 a night and the first 2 weeks my legs and butt hurt but after that it was easy for me and my I love my results! keep up and you will be on your way to a healthier you. |

You're not extremely over-weight. It's only very slight. You're totally more on the normal side than the over-weight side. If you're keen on getting fitter, maybe try walking everyday or doing some jump rope. Just be a little more active and make your that your diet is balanced and healthy. Eat lots of veggies and fruit. A good amount of protein and some carbs. If you lose as much weight as you say you want to, you'll be closer to underweight than normal and that is just as bad as being over weight! Also, don't look at the scales or focus on numbers, go by how you feel. If you feel good then that's the best thing.

i think the hardest part is changing your schedule to put in room everyday for exercise and a little extra time to plan meals. to be honest, if you have the discipline to just do that, you'll see results for sure.to get immediate results, cardio is the way to go..that means going to the track or better yet going to the pool (if you can spend more time there) because swimming requires multiple muscles which in return help you get lean muscle while losing weight. dont know how old you are but if you have access to a gym, i'de highly recommend that too. more muscles mean faster metabolism. doesnt necessarily mean being buff. if you just tone all your muscles via swimming or light weights, you can eat more without gaining weight =]so.. ide recommend that you just start off with basic cardio..(swimming, biking, running)..get into routine with that first and then continue on working with some light weights to get some muscle.as for what you should eat, like i said, the more youre active, the more you can indulge and get away with. (trust me i love food. =]) check out http://www.womenshealthmag.com/nutrition if its anything like mens health which i subscribe to via magazines, you can get a free subscription via email that gives you suggestions on healthy meals you can prepare everyday.soo..with all this and a little discipline and motivation you'll get there in no time. just stay focused and stay strong =] hope this helps
