It depends how fast you run, how much intensity you run ex: if your running on a slope. All those factors add in. But here is a site that lists the approximate amount of calories burned for almost every activity. http://www.calorie-count.com/Go down to activity browser.

Depends how many miles you run, if you're on an incline or not, outside or not, wind resistance or not, as well as your weight. Generally speaking you burn about 75-100 calories per mile, though as I said, it varies. Here is a good tool for this- it is in the upper right hand corner of the page: http://www.runnersworld.com/channel/0,7119,s6-242-0-0-0,00.htmlHope this helped.

It depends on your weight, metabolic rate, and how fast you're going. Also, if there are hills in your run you burn more. If you run a t an easy 10 minute pace, then it might be about 250 for an average person.
