| I'm 14, male, etc. I currently do 20 Push Ups, 35 Sit Ups, 10 Crunches (Hold myself up for 3 seconds per rep), 10 Stomach Vacuums (5 second hold per rep) EVERY night before I go to bed. I raise the amount of each one by 2 every week.I also run 1 mile, jog two miles, and walk one mile every day for 3 days a week.I don't drink Soda, eat ic ecream, chips, etc. I rarely eat any kind of junk food. If I do, it's a small amount.So, I was wonderng how long it'd take for me to get "toned"Oh, sorry.I'm about 5'10 and weigh around 133-137Well, it's better than nothing? lol |

| Jesus mate, obsessive much? Sounds like you'll be seeing results in the next few weeks, and continue like that you'll have a six pack by october. |
