| Quite by accident I ran across an article about Apple Cider Vinegar being used for weight loss. Because it's a natural supplement I wanted to know from people who have used the tablets. Did it help or not. I'm not expecting a miracle but if it would help my dieting efforts, I'd be willing to give it a try. Thanks ahead for any help you can give me...... Rocket |

| I've personally used the product about one year ago. To be honest, I saw no results and noticed no effects. Therefore I discontinued using the product and hit the gym...HARD. Best of luck I know losing weight can be tough been there and done that. |
