i drink one Ensure shake a day and run 3-4 miles daily, for 10 days...also drinking a glass of water every 3 hours.my body is accustom to consuming around 2000-2500 calories.i wanna drop pounds before school.how much could i loose?i'm a 5'5" female...around 110 or somethin.

It all depends on how fast your run, if your interval training or how long it takes you to run that 3-4 miles. 2000 to 2500 is alot of daily calories if your a girl. You need to give more info on your height weight , age and gender for anyone to give you accurate information. and you shouldn't run every single day no matter how old you are or what gender. And in 10 days the most you can lose is a little over 2 punds. The scale may show different but thats just the time of day you weigh yourself and what your eating patterns/habbits are

if you really run ..pick up the speed for the most weight lossi hope you plan to eat more that just and ensure shake if so i don't think your body would like that and you will not have energy to run eat greens there the best and nuts are good for you 2 and yes if you did that you would lose
