| Pushups 3x10-25Crunches 2x20Leg Raises 2x20 or 1x40 or 1x60 dependsSquats 3x10 Note I also run steps that works my legs alsoReverse pushups/chin ups 3x10Dumbbell curls 1x 5 heavy then 2x 10moderate or 3-4x10Bench Dips 3x20Military Presses 2x10Do you think this is a decent routine?Would you suggest something else?10 points for best suggestionI dunno if I should lift today. I am not really in the mood for it lol!Note on the pushups I alternate wide and close hand positions to work the triceps and chestI forgot to add bench press 1x10 then 2x 6I do this after the pushups lol@ califanoandsonI also do cardio lol.If you read I run the steps lol@ SicilianI noticed some gains. I look larger some what in the mirror. And my arms did get bigger some what.I think it is working. The key id rest and taking a few days off. |

| Looks OK, but it's hard to say without knowing your goals. Are you able to add weight to these week after week?That's good, but actually I meant are you able to lift heavier over time? So many people just use the same weight week after week and never get anywhere. |
