how many calories can be burned running(for 30mins, dancing(30-55 mins, swimming(30mins) and(20-50) sit ups?

im not for shure....but i run on the treadmill everyday,for 20 min. do 15 situpz, and pushups and everyday i burn about 150 calories

it actually depends on how much you weigh. if you weigh 300 lbs then of course you lost over 1000 cals but if you weigh 120 then you probably lost about 400-500 calories. because it takes more energy for a fat person to run a mile at 2.5 mph than it takes a skinnier person to run 2.5 mph.

the amount of calories someone burns is pretty complex:It depends on your height and weight, age, and your normal activity level. The more you weight, the more calories you burn doing an exercise, thus a person that weight 150 lbs will burn more calories doing 50 sit ups that a person that weights 110 lbs.I recommand you go on www.fitday.com where you can track what you eat, what nutrients you get and your exercise.

constanly runnig (fast) 30 min I'd say around 100-300?dancing 30-55 min I'd say around 50-200?simming (back and forth, fast..) 30 min I'd say around 100-300?20-50 sitips mabye around 10-40?But it all depends...In total I'd say you'd burn 300-800 calories in all.

it depends on how much you weigh. but for the average 130 pound female:running: depending on how fast you run, anywhere between 236 and 531 calories in 30 minutes.dancing: 177 in 30 minutes, 325 in 55 minutesswimming: between 236 and 295 calories. and then for the sit-ups, it depends on how long it takes you to do the sit ups...and how hard you work. so that's a total of something between 649 and 1151 calories.
