| for 1 week a month I only live on fruits for my dinner, I have just started this for the first time ever and I seem to be losing 2 pounds a day - right now I am 229 pounds/16 stone 5 so I have a lot to lose |

| It is unhealthy and I would not recommend you continue this. You need to eat more balanced. A good diet and exercise would work better for you. |

| Hi, a good weight loss plan is one that teaches you how to eat for the rest of your life. If you go on a "diet" when you go back to eating normally you will gain back the weight you lost. You need to count calories and learn which foods are good for you and which aren't. I know this sounds complicated but if you're in Australia there is a free website http://www.calorieking.com.au/ which is great, and in the US http://www.sparkpeople.com/ which is almost as good. They both give you all the tools you need to lose weight and keep it off for life. Good luck! |

| for a few weeks maybe.. it will burn ur muscle tho, not fat! And when uv burned most of ur lean muscle ull stop..but not in the long termit lacks protein, zinc, iron the list goes on...eat a balanced diet, not just eat nothing. Less doesn mean more weight loss! |
