Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginner's Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com

yes, you will continue to lose weight, but it is better and you can be more proficient if you change up your work-out routines. You could choose to do sprints, instead of long distance running every now and then. Change it up, weightlifters often hit a plateau when they continue on one course of work-out. Change it up some, keep your body guessing, and best of luck to you my friend.

yes metab increases, but ur body doesn wana lose those last few kgsso if u were reli large u wud speed up at your fat loss, but seeing your not and only hav a little left 2 lose u might even slow down. Losing those last few kgs is a real battle, and thats where the super lean and average ppl r separated, those who are willing to do wateva it takes and those who are happy being pretty good. Unfortunatley it gets harder, but stick at it! From the sounds of it doing well! Not looking for some overnight secret that makes u lose all ur fat. hard work and exercise, discipline and sleep!
