i need to know how to..in like....3 or 4 weeks! i don't care if its unhealthy, i just need to know D: okay..so im 180 and im 5'6, im wanting to be around 150-160 i want to know if there is tricks,easy ways to lose weight, i am including exercises [i just dont know any that would be really affective] D: also if anyone knows..is there any plant/mineral. that would increase weight loss? [stuff a normal waged person could afford,lol] Please answer,if you wish to,but this is REAAAALLLY important. thanks ^_^

Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. Im not going to give you advice to do it unhealthy because you end up just putting on even more weight but if you go here: http://lifestylehelp.blogspot.com they can create a free personal food guide/plan and exercise plan telling you everything to do to lose weight.

Change your life style for good...calorie shift(eat on time and portion control, up to 5 small meals spread through out the day every 3-4 hrs) your meals and workout as often as possible(cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 or 6 days/week)...there is no other way to get slim and stay slim for life...

I would suggest the lemonade diet, you can do a google search to learn more about it. Basically it's a detox or fast. You will go to the bathroom alot though. You'll need lemons or limes grade b maple syrup, spring or distilled water, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. I did this diet for ten days after having my son, I lost 20lbs in those 10 days. You absolutely must follow the directions of this diet precisely when coming off of it. Just google it there are plenty forums.

People who exercise regularly not only lose weight faster, they are more successful at keeping it off. Make sure that you eat proper foods and cut out the junk foods we have all become accostmed to.You need to set aside some time to take proper exercise - starting slow at first. Many diets can work but only if you stick to it, and that is usually where the problem is. If you find that you are always hungry - use a natural supplement.
