| I'm 15, 5'2, 135 pounds.I feel so overweight.I'm size 7 in jeans and I'd love to be size 1.How long do you think this is going to take when I'm:going to the gym 5 days a week;olyptical - 30 minutes and treadmill - 30 minutes. on average, i burn about 400 calories each day.also, i'm in love with japanese soda, sushi, and melon bars. i can easily stay away from them, because i NEED to lose weight, but does anybody know if they're like really bad for you or maybe good for you at all? because japanese soda's only 70 calories and 0 of calories from fat.i was also wondering if there's any suggestions;I want to lose weight and gain LITTLE, very little muscleplease, i don't only want answer for these questions,but more suggestions. all my life, i've felt overweight and finallyi'm getting off my butt and doing something about it.i just want to do it right and end up happy. thanks so much for your time and please, no rude comments. |

| Simply eat less and exercise more. Keep doing the workouts, but change it up a bit, like using a rowing machine instead, or a bike. As for eating less, well, just eat less. |

| I recommend you to have jogging every morning and every afternoon maybe 4:30. Also, try to control yourself w/ your favorite food. When you are tempted to buy, just leave it alone and try not going back to it so you would forget buying it. That's what my cuz do. And I think she's improving. |

ok well reading this your from america! i went there in april this year and when i was over there i bought some size 1 shorts ! i am 118 pounds and 5'4 so it will probs take you a little longer to loose the weight as you are quite small i would say aim to loose about 3 pounds a week and then work form that...i think the melon bars and sushi are probs good for you and the japanese soda isn't too bad it just affects your teeth, as for gaining muscle buy yourself some dumbells (weights) and use them every so often.. after a few weeks you will deffo feel a new and happier person I hope that helped and good luck !x |
