| Just be aware of what you're putting in your body. Don't eat a lot of sugar, processed white flour, fatty meats, etc. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store, not the aisles... The perimeter has the produce, dairy, fresh breads, lean meat, etc. Stick with a balance of lean proteins, fruits and veggies, some dairy, and whole grains. Treat yourself to something decadent once in a while, in moderation. Avoid high fructose corn syrup. Eat fish sometimes, for the omega-3 fatty acids. Avoid sugary sodas and juice drinks. Good luck! |

| I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week.. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site.. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever! |
