| I was living in the city a month or so ago and didn't have my car, so I walked everywhere...I also cut back on my food intake and lost a significant amount of inches all over without really trying. I was feeling great, but have moved back home and now, I have to use my car to get around and have been eating home-cooked meals. Within the last 2 weeks I've gained 7 lbs. I feel bloated all the time. I'm only 5'2" so it's very noticeable. My weight always fluctuates. I want to lose the weight again and keep it off-- what are some tips to do so? I get bored with working out so if there are any daily tasks I could turn into a workout, that would be great. Any tips so that I can start noticing a change as soon as possible? |

| Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial. |
