i wanna lose five pounds in two weeks before school starts and i have the diet plan covered, but i dont have a good exercise plan. i want to tone my arms, legs, butt, and stomach a little more. i want to lose five pounds. i want to increase flexibility. i have a stationary bike and some weights. i also like dancing. i should probably include crunches, push ups, etc. i want to exercise between one to two hours a day. so do you have any ideas for a good exercise plan for me? please be specific!!! i've tried coming up with a good plan myself, but i cant do it, lol i need help!!!i will choose best answerthanks!by the way, i'm fourteen years old, 5' 3'', and 112 pounds. i want to get down to about 105-108 pounds, preferably before school starts.

Your at a perfect weight for your height, I'm 5'1" and 110 pounds. You really shouldn't lose any more weight, if you get to down to 105 for your weight you'll be underweight.However...Pilates will tone the areas you mentioned.For the cardio part of it, you can definitely jump on the bike for 40 to 60 minutes a day.Exercising more than an hour a day is not advised. Chances are you'll get burnt out before the 2 weeks are over and will give up.

it is quite alright to eat good fruits to help u maintain ur reel health.But that is not all u need to do if you want to loose weight fast.I too was once in the position u are in now on how to loose my weight until i discovered a product that really helped me to loss my weight in no time doing exercises.Below is the website where u cen get this product
