I don't get it. I've been trying to lose weight by fasting but the only thing I noticed is that my body is shrinking but still flabby except for the top half of my body where some parts look muscular like I've been working out while other parts look like I've been eating icecream all day. I fit into my pants better but I'm still chubby and now my head looks huge compared to the rest of my body. So basically I look the same as before trying lose weight only smaller but not less fat and I don't feel weaker so I dunno if its muscle loss. My question is whats going on?

Fasting is horrible for muscle!you should calorie shift your food intake...no need to eat lesser to lose fat but cycle them!you must lose only fat,NOTHING else...exercise in moderation 6 days a week too

Dude, stop fasting.By fasting, you will lose huge amount of muscles rather than fat.Eat small meals(5-6) a days, meals should be high in protein and less oily.Eat loads of fruits and do cardio 45 minutes a day and don't starve.

I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week.. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site.. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!
