Sounds like a good plan.Once piece you may want to re-consider, however, is initial caloric intake. Although this may seem counter-intuitive, you may want to start with a bit HIGHER caloric intake in the initial phases. While you are dieting (restricting calories), you body tends to adjust itself by lowering your metabolism. If you start with higher calories, you have someplace to go (can restrict more). If you start with low calories, you don't have much "wiggle room".Best of luck to you,~M~

yes definitely. i have done it before. the only problem is that i don't know you bone structure so you might be extremely skinny after.that sounds good but you can eat after 7 pm just make sure it is something healthy or low in calories for example an apple or low cal popcorn. there are 3500 calories in a pound just cut out 7000 calories a week and you will easily lose the weight but remember to take the exercise into account when cutting out calories. Also try jogging or running both are great when trying to lose weight.

Yes, it's possible to lose 18 pounds in three months.. it's even healthy to lose that much weight spaced out over that much time.Just eat a balanced diet, mainly following the food pyramid. Eat small portion sizes. Drink a LOT of water, which will not only help your digestion, but will clean out your body, and will keep your fuller for longer. Stay away from fast food and soda, those are a killer in calories. Make sure you get at least 1500 calories a day, you have to have a proper diet to lose the maximum amount of weight. The walking will be great for you, wherever you go, just walk there. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Do pilates, those are great for toning your body (I lost 6 dress sizes in three months doing pilates.) You should also give yourself a day in between heavy exercising, to give your muscles time to heal. By doing heavy exercising on a daily basis, you're not going to lose the optimum amount of weight, because you'll actually be breaking down your muscles. Stick to walking everyday, and other forms of exercise (such as the weight training) every other day.And a cookie or a few pieces of chocolate will be fine, because if you keep yourself on too strict of a diet, you'll be sure to break it faster than if you were to give yourself at least a little wiggle room.

It is possible! I did weight watchers for 7 month's and lost 85 lbs. No exercise! Your food regimen sounds very similar to a weight watchers diet and those little things like cookies and a few pieces of chocolate is not going to hurt. Just follow thru with your plan and I'm sure it will work for you. Good luck!

Well the important thing to remember is not to deprive or starve yourself. No skipping meals either, because this will lead to binge eating later. The most important step to remember is moderation/portion control. I recommend changing up your menu each day just a bit so you don't crave anything different. A good snack that I always nibble if I have a craving is a piece of really sweet fruit like a Tangerine, Grapes, or 1 cup of fat free unflavored Yogurt and to sweeten it adding clove Honey/or Splenda to taste (in moderation). The brand of Yogurt I recommend is Fage (pronounced Fai-Yay) and is found in Whole Foods or Central Market. Another step is to drink a lot of water, 8 glasses a day if you can, hydration is key. Then of course exercise, and each week change up your walk routine. For instance take some small weights with you (no larger than 5 lbs to start), or jog nonstop for the last 10 mins of your 40 mins, and slowly but surely adjust the intensity level per week of your workout. This step prevents any body "plateauing" while your losing weight.Best of Luck and Have Fun!

Other than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body. The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level. Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone's body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body's reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one's body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated. All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.Highly recommended : http://jaya2959.fatsecret.hop.clickbank.net
