| ok i am 12 and i need to lose 35 pounds before school starts can someone give me a complete schedule including exercise and food that doesn't taste that bad I'm a picky eater thx |

| I am also on dietMy suggestion is a cup of cofee in the morning,2 boiled eggs for lunch and dinner with beefIt helps me you are so young and I guess you dont dink any coffee so you can drink a little milk instead of cofee |

| You should do regular exercises ...run in the morning .. and do some exercises at home ... you need to reduce the fat in food .. go to my blog I wrote some tips there for this http://flat-stomach-tummy.blogspot.comand you need to be aware of the sugar you are eating ..if u need more help .. u may contact megood luck |
