I'm 14 102 pounds 4'10 I want to look skinnier for schoolschool starts aug. 18I really just want to lose my fat!and get more athletic which 1 should I do? to lose weight?1)every morning run around my neighborhoodevery morning eat a bowl of special klunch- eggssnack- fruitsbike ridedinner- oatmealanother bike rideor the 2468 diet1 day 200 calories 2 day 400 calories3 day 600 calories4 day 800 calories I heard you can lose 11 pounds every 2 cycles and I have time for thatand I would run every morning and bike ride too so which one is more effective for meand dont tell me its too low or I have to eat at least 1200 calories cuz thats alot for me and when I eat alot I get a headache and I feel sick

You need to stop trying to diet and just try to be healthy. You need to eat alot of fruit and limit the fat and the sugar and drink alot of water. There is no race in weight loss. It is better to lose the weight slowly and that way it will not just come back.Stop counting the calories. You say you should only eat 1200 calories a day. Let me show you how absurd the concept of counting calories can be. If you wanted to limit it to 1200 calories, what would be better? Would it be better to eat 15 apples a day or a gallon of ice cream? See how absurd the question really is?What you need to do is stop trying to put your weight loss into a box and call it a diet. You need to stop trying to diet and start to live. Eat what you want, but watch what you eat. Have a piece of candy and not the whole box. Eat more fruit and cut out the soda. Eat better, eater smaller portions more often and start moving your body for 30 minutes everyday.What you put in your mouth is your choice. Do you choose to be healthy? Do you choose to go on a diet, that will eventually fail? Or do you choose to just do healthy things which result in your actual sustained weight loss?The choice is yours; I choose thin, what do you choose?

Drinking a lot of water will help. I wouldn't drink anything else.

I know someone who only eats 500 calories a day, try that!

Your malnourished and your body is eating your muscles. Literally. You need to talk to your mother and get help. If you eat healthy and exercise, your muscles will tone and burn the fat for you and you will look longer and leaner.

"I'm 14 102 pounds 4'10."I am 22, 4'10" and 132 pounds. I would kill to be at your weight!What is the problem? You are thin. However, change your body composition if you want to look leaner. Lift weights and enjoy cardio. You will build muscle and lose fat. While the scale will not change, your body will look better. You should never eat below 1,200 calories. You will feel sick and have headaches from not eating enough.

you should try runing...it help and also go from bout 1/2 a mile to like 5 miles in a month...dont break yourself=]

At 102 pounds, you don't need to lose weight. In fact, it sounds likeyou already have a cute little figure. Why would you want to lose somuch weight that you look anorexic?

Firstly, i'm not too familiar with the measurements you've given as i'm Australian. But my advice would be: Whatever you chose to do, do it healthily. If you've putten on weight, it didn't happen overnight so it's the same for losing it. It's not going to dissapear overnight. The exercise riegeme's you've outlined sound very effective, but remember stay healthy.

well you can join a sportlike i joined gymnastics!!! its a really good workout! and they always have you do a lot of exercise like for you legs arms and abs!!plus you gain alot of muscle!or you can exercise on your own or those program stuffor walk your dog or like when you go walking you can mix it up a littlelike speed walk then run!and drink alot of water n eat fruits n vegetables!
