I have a very busy schedule and I don't have much time to go out to do exercise. I need stuff I can do at home, including suggestions for healthy/weight-loss snacks or drinks, that won't be too expensive or take up too much time. I know exercise involves time, but I can put in about 30 to 45 minutes a day possibly. (Also, I'm a female just to let you know).I mainly just need diet ideas/suggestions and ways to boost my metabolism.I'm looking to lose about 5 to 7 pounds in as little time as possible.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Eat healthy and do aerobic exercises, like jogging, biking or stair climbing. My sister used to go to the a nearby high school and go up and down the stairs of the football bowl for about a half hour and that seemed to do her a lot of good....

If you want to boost your metabolism you should think about taking something called an ECA stack. Do some research online and see if it's for you. It's working wonders for me right now.

instead of eating a big breakfast, eat a small one and then eat YOGURT and some fruit. like baby carrots or an apple or something. and watch your calories.for exercise, run. if you cant access a treadmill, run in place for 10 minutes and then take a two minute break. then run for 10 minutes again...etc.

Doesn't matter what you do - 40 minutes a day will do it, as long as you're vigorous with the time. You could do hard-core raver dancing for 40 minutes every day and you'll lose weight. The key is consistency. It needs to be EVERY day.As for diets, the wheat-free, or Adkins, etc are all hype and un-balanced. Anything extreme is idiotic and will hurt you in the long run.Small meals, lots of water, skip sodas and all other junk food. Skip things a diabetic wouldn't eat - white rice, bleached flour, heavy sugars - and eat lots of fiber, whole grains, raw vegetables, fresh vegetables, etc. Keep portions reasonable - and when you eat, just eat - don't be trancing-out on a movie at the same time.Weigh yourself ONLY every 6 weeks - and then don't get frustrated, just use it as feedback about your intake / exercise balance.
