|
| I was running and going to the gym for about 2-3 months then I stopped for about the last 2-3 months because of not having the time (full time student with job and family related stuff) My car is in the shop and I'm trying to cut back on working so I had to cut the gym membership. What can I do at home for exercise? Also I feel weird not running, but my toe is fractured, sprained, and infected (got smashed at work). I have to keep a sandal like shoe on when I'm on it, any other aerobic exercises I could do in place of running for the next 2-3 weeks? Thx~Mitch |

| Maybe bike riding could be an option? Other than that I'm not sure, but you could try to do some pilates for you upper body. http://www.minimizeme.tvThe ups and downs of an ordinary man on a diet.(it's my blog, not selling any pills, books or magic formulas) |
