I’m 15 & I’m going to be in the 10th grade this year and i have recently gained alot of my weight back since i lost it and it makes me extremly upset and also makes me NOT want to go out side, plus it makes me feel suicidal ugly. And ppl bring it up to my face too, my grandma calls me fat and or makes rude comments and so do my friends even though there insecure as shit too. When i first lost weight i ate like a piece of cracker or so and worked out ALOT. but then i stop and then before you know it I’m almost back to where i was. i eat healthy but how in America can anyone stay skinny nor to a healthy weight with all this shit they put in our food. i mean if you REALLY want to eat healthy you'll have to eat organic which is expensive or die of starvation. Plus I’m sick of being over weight. I've been over weight all my life and for once i wish my genetics would {Censored!} off and let me be happy. I just want to be healthy. i want to have mostly an athletic build but i have did an ab lounge, lift weights and work on my thighs for weeks and yet nothing happened but disappointment. Are there any natural foods (actually natural) that help with weight loss? any herbs? drinks? metabolism speeders? so on? and as for exercising, i have no energy AT ALL nor motivation even though i do eat fruit and veg...PLEASE HELP!! i just want to be healthy and happy, and able to stay that way with out foods fatty shit always after my body...and i have asthma...that hates my very existance....what can make it feel like i dont have it anymore?

Well, you should try to control your diet. Maybe make a plan or restrict yourself from eating too much high in fats food.Oh and dont eat so fast as it can lead to overeating..

I never was overweight till i had kids and thereafter, no matter how much i tried, spent lots of money worked out like hell but didn't loose weight. Well, I understand how u must feel when ppl call u fat esp ur granma. If it makes u happy call her an old bag. Tell ur frens to **** off.First things first, If God intended u to be slim he would have made u like that. If you go about cribbing about your appearance you will never achieve wot otherwise u can. Some ppl are not happy with their complexion, some with their hair etc. Your physical appearance doesn't determine the sharpness of ur mind. Look back in history and try determining if Einstein spent all the time gelling his hair.. he couldnt have written all those theories or invented anything.Secondly, u should focus on losing weight for good health and not because ppl call u fat. To **** with them. Losing 1-2 kgs a month should be an easy target so start with that. Eat whatever u want to. Just include lots of green vegetables and curd in ur diet. Dont go for stupid workouts.Instead have fun. Dance as much as u want. That is the best form of exercise and releases tension as well. Go play tennis with ur frens or ur dad even. Dont have unrealistic goals that u want to be slim in weeks or few months. U will always gain back weight if u loose more than 2 kgs a month. U can definitely loose more than that but try to loose just 2 kgs a month and work about ur weight loss for sure by loosing it slowly. No pain no gain... not necessarily having pain in gym. Losing weight should be a job for the patient ones.... have patience. Give yourself time. Asthma.... there are a few yoga positions which if followed religiously everyday, will definitely cure u forever. Believe me its possible to get rid of it. Give about half-an-hour to one hour everyday. Yoga will definitely help u with better concentration, weight loss and cure of asthma. Ask someone to teach you Pranayam. All the best.

you should start eating healthy and organic becuase it really helps when it comes to weight loss. its expensive, but its worth it!!..You should also make sure that you are getting all of your vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. A lot of people nowadays (especially in america) are lacking one vitamin or another and that can take a major toll on your body. You should make sure you are balancing the foods that you eat as well. If your having red meat for diner then make sure you also get your dose of vegetables as well. This is more important then you think!!..check out some of these websites about Essential Fatty Acids and Coconut oil: http://www.fatsforhealth.com/library/libitems/getting_thin_on_fat.php http://www.coconut-info.com/weight-loss.htm http://www.naturodoc.com/library/nutrition/coconut_oil.htm http://www.1stvitality.co.uk/az/fatty_acids/EXERCISE IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT

America is full of choices. You can choose to eat junk or eat healthy. You don't have to eat organic to be healthy either. Weightloss is just a matter of using more calories than you take in. If you starve yourself though your metabolism will slow down. I highly recommend sparkpeople.com You an figure out how many calories you need, how much to exorcise, and there are lots of recommendations on how to eat healthy and have lots of options. Don't make excuses/blame society for your problems. You can take control of your life and do it without eating disorders.

I'm sorry your family and friends are so unsupportive. I think you will start to feel better about yourself if you can concentrate on losing weight to make yourself healthier, instead of others teasing you about your weight.Organic food is good, but if you can't afford it, it is possible to find cheaper, conventionally grown food that is nearly as good for you. Try to avoid high fructose corn syrup as much as possible. It's a pretty sure sign that something is highly processed cr*p and not nearly as good for you as it might claim. Read ingredient labels and try to buy only foods where you recognize all of the ingredients. Also, be sure to drink lots and lots of plain water (6-8 glasses a day is recommended). Water has 0 calories, but fills you up just like any other thing you put in your stomach, so if you drink a glass before every meal and instead of having a snack, you'll eat less. Staying hydrated also keeps your body healthier in general. Also, concentrate on eating lots of plain fruits, raw or "al dente" vegetables, and whole grain breads. Treat meat, eggs, and dairy products more like condiments than the main course, and get low-fat and lean cuts. Animal products are one area where it's best to go organic and/or grassfed if at all possible. Keep apples, bananas, baby carrots, and similar foods around to eat as snacks when you get hungry. For exercising, start slow. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for evening strolls around your neighborhood on nice days, etc. Try to do at least one thing daily "the hard way" and it will quickly become a habit. I often get impatient with elevators and escalators, actually - if I'm only going up one or two floors, I'm much faster on foot! Then do two things, etc.Hope this helps a little.
