| I really am not into sports but I enjoy cycling and rarely enjoy running. What is the easiest and quickest way for a 15 year old male like me to loose weight without buying any exercising machines. The only place I can cycle in are in parks and canal paths. How often would I need to cycle and for how long on the weekend to loose 1 stone? Are there any little exercises I could do regularily during the week too like sit-ups? |

| keep a food diary. Then cut out the little things that add up. Also, try better versions of what you eat. As far as exercises. switch it up. one day, ride as far as you can. This will build endurance. Then the next day, only do a third of that, but do it as fast as you can. Push-ups and ab crunches suck to do, but they really are the best thing out there. They are free and don't need equipment. As far as quick weight loss, the quicker you lose it, the quicker it will come back. slow and even are the best bet. Good luckAll the exercise in the world means nothing if you don't eat well. |
