| You can use this site to help determine how many calories you eat: http://www.shapefit.com/dailycalorie-calc.htmlAs for keeping track of the calories, you could try this: http://www.thedailyplate.com/ I believe that website also has a calculator.Or, you could go into excel and keep your own food journal. You could add date, specific food items, and the calories they have in 3 different columns. Then, one square below the last entry, use excel to calculate how many total calories by putting =SUM(letternumber:letternumber) Letternumber is the column and row number, which on my document is C2:C7. Here's an example screenshot: http://img139.imageshack.us/my.php?image=08042008195800pl3.pngExcel is a great tool for things like this, because most people usually have it and you don't have to deal with going online, it's straight on your computer. If you need another website to see how many calories are in what you eat, you can try here: http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/ |
