I am kinda fat and i am looking to lose weighti am about 180-190 and 5'11 almost 6 feetI was just wondering if anyone can help me get skinnier or if they know a program or site that will help me keep track of the calories i intake Thanks

You can use this site to help determine how many calories you eat: http://www.shapefit.com/dailycalorie-calc.htmlAs for keeping track of the calories, you could try this: http://www.thedailyplate.com/ I believe that website also has a calculator.Or, you could go into excel and keep your own food journal. You could add date, specific food items, and the calories they have in 3 different columns. Then, one square below the last entry, use excel to calculate how many total calories by putting =SUM(letternumber:letternumber) Letternumber is the column and row number, which on my document is C2:C7.
