When did you start seeing a real decrease in your weight?I have been exercising for 4 and 1/2 weeks, and while my clothes seem to fit better and I feel better I have had no decrease in weight.I am just wondering when you saw at least a 5-10 pound loss.I am also watching what I eat and am happy with my program-I just want to know when to expect to see some weight loss.

It takes a few months to see results like that. Instead of weight, try to lok at the inches you've lost around your waist, since muscle weighs more than fat. Edit:No. Fat floats and muscle sinks, because the muscle is heavier than fat. As you build muscle mass and lose fat, you see reductions in size and shape, not weight.

I saw my weight go down most after a week of vacation. I lost 5 pounds and slowly gained the muscle back without gaining weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, so when you take a break esp. from cardio, you will lose weight, and later continuing the routine will build muscle again. Just make sure you monitor your diet throughout the whole time.I'm glad you're happy with you program Smile Keep it up, but give yourself a rest every once in a while. Also, don't forget to stretch. That adds significant height to your body and will help your posture

It will take a few month to see real drop on your weight, if you watch your diet an exercise every other day cardio and weights, stop looking at the scale daily, hold yourself to once a month an see the changes also your metabolisms will work faster lots of bathroom run, that will be one of your bigger signs.
