| I know it sounds aneroxic, but hear me out. My hips are really small!! Like 27 or a 33 i dont remember. My waist is like a 28-30 and I NEED to get it small, its really weird looking, my torso isnt fat fat, but i have a tiny pouch at the bottom, as most girls my age do but God, I am REALLY self-concious about it. It hurts my feelings when my friends are like "Wow, you're such a board" even my family does it. It's uncalled for and really hurtful. They dont mean it but i totally take it as an offense. I want to get a nice body so i can wear those cute shirts w/o my waist just poking out instead of in. I'm a small girl already and there are probally overweight girls just gawking at how this small girl wants to get even smaller but you're not in my shoes. Everyone has issues. I could eat a horse if that makes people feel better. I do not upchuck it because i dont want rotten teeth and throwing up scares me. I do not become aneroxic (tried but failed) because 1) my mom is in the medical area and 2) i love food. Cannot do it. I want to exercise it out i used to exercise a lot till i moved and I usually get my workout from running around school so much. But it's summer. I want a work out i can stick to and get fast results maybe in 2-3 months?. I'm really desperate. People are starting to rip on me how im a board and how it dosnt look right with my legs and hips. IN PUBLIC. It really hurts. SO can anyone thats a fitness trainer, doctor, a good parent or someone who's done this before help? Thanks a bunch. :)Also what is a great workout when you have your period, I get serious cramps where i need meds (literally) and i need to still workout. Any help? |
