| i am 14, about 8 kilos i wanna loose, i just learnt to ride a bike,since i started cycling i almost lost all the fat in my hips and legs, if i continue on cycling will i start losing the upper fat (tummy and chest)? or am i just going to build more muscles in my legs? |

| You should start to lose upper body weight, but very slowly, you will build your leg muscles faster, i suggest start running, that will be better for shifting the fat on your upper body, and it will still give you leg muscles to! Get at least 30 minutes of running every day though for it to work effectively and watch what you eat |

| Cycling isnt very balanced exersise.Its ok for cardio, but there is almost no weight bearing, no stabilization muscles used, and there is no upper body involvement.Its not great for you if its all you do, combined with a weight training routine it is very effective cardio. |
