hey- im going to vacation on september 1 to the beach! yay! but i need a little workout routine i can do at home to tone. i am not obese and dont need a weight loss program. just a toning- bikini ready schedule. i have 3 weeks, and would like a flat stomach, and legs and arms. best answer will get 20 pts- this question and another i will create only for you to answer :Dthanks so much

i just jump on my trampoline and practice my cheer dances. u might not be a cheerleader but it helps me and i hope i helped u.

I love walking five days a week for over 40 minutes. It's the best exercise and it definitely helps tone up Smile
