|
|
I'm 5'4 and weigh 142 lbs (my normal is 128 lbs). I would like to drop a maximum of 16 lbs. I'd like to do this before school starts (September 2nd). I have a steady exercise program and wouldn't mind any tips to flatten the stomach/love handles and get a maximum workout for my weight loss goal. I'm terrible at not knowing how many sets to do/how far to run. I was wondering if there's a steady meal plan out there anyone had I could follow like cereal or pickles? I do tend to snack on occasion and drink plenty of green tea/water. So help please? |

But Green tea which you're already taking will be much helpful for you to reduce fat as it is a natural fat burner!Just go with the free ebook at http://healthybitz.com/freebonus/This ebook is explains a humorous, but practical approach to losing weight. Have confidence that you'll lose 16 lbs before sep 2. Definately you will! All the best! |

| Dont skip meals is my advice. A healthy diet is full of food. Just smaller portions. |

| 16 lbs in a month is doable but you really gotta work very hard and eat enough protein so that you dont face any risk of muscle loss,...just brisk walk an hour daily...as for weights, even 3 sets of 12 reps are good enough but do weights only on 3 alternate days a week...workout only 6 days/week the maximum...create our own mal plan...better stil just portion control and calorie shift...diet plans are hard to stick with for life... |

| Well 16lbs in 1 month is not a healthy thing to do because that will mean that you will lose a lot of muscle mass and that will slow your metabolism. Circuit training is very effective at raising your heart rate and building muscle. Your diet really is what will help you lose weight but stay away from fad diets. Small meals and snacks every 2-3 hours will help stabilize you blood sugar and keep you feeling full. Lastly drink that water. www.vigoroflife.com |
