Diet, Daily exercise and Dedication. Congrats to you for losing 15 pounds!! That is wonderful! If you feel that you are hitting a "plateau," consider hiring a personal trainer to put you on an appropriate workout regime. You may need to start doing a more vigorous workout.Good luck!!

You need to do cardio atleast 3 times a week for 45 minutes each time.So go to your local Y or rec center and do aerobics classes or just run on your own.To calculate the amt of calories you need to intake to lose weight do this:Current Weight x 15 = amt of calories to MAINTAIN that weight.Subtract 500 from that number and each that many calories for that week.(500 x 7 = 3500 calories = 1 pound)You will have to recalculate as you lose weight!P.S. Stay away from diet carbonated drinks!Good luck!

calorie shift your meals but keep them in moderate portions and healthy of course...do cardio and toning workouts 5 or 6 days a week...you can have small portions of 2 or 3 cheat meals a week...get enough sleep too...drink enough water...apple cider vinegar and herbal teas may help..ignore pills and meal replacements, they are hopeless as you cant be on them for life!

The best weight loss programme is a change of lifestyle. I know. I struggled for many, many years with my weight. Yes, whilst various diets did work, some more than others. Unfortunately, as soon as I went back to my normal way of eating. All the weight piled back on, plus more.So I decided to eat a healthy sensible diet and embark on regular exercise. Two things I had not done before. The results were absolutely amazing. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months. That was 22 months ago. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease.I kept all junk foods, ready made processed meals, alcohol, and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum. These are high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat. Junk food is just what it says - JUNK. With one added ingredient in - FAT.I included more wholefoods into my diet. Such as brown bread, brown pasta, brown rice, beans & pulses. These are high in fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.I eat lean meats (no fat on), poultry (no skin on) fish with scales on (no batter, eggs, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes - making sure I keep all carborhydrates plain and simple), low fat dairy products, skimmed milk and non sugary cereals.Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. EXERCISE will really help to aclerate your weight loss. I bought a stationery bike, enjoyed this so much, then bought a bike ( I ride whenever I can), I also took up running. Obviously, I had to start off very slowly. But I now run on a regular basis. Snack on fresh fruit in between meals, drink plenty of water, stop eating when you feel full. Most people can lose weight. The challenge is keeping the weight off. This can be made easy by making the right food choices and exercising on a regular basis.Good luck.
