I am a 5'4 female at a weight of 116. I was on a healthy diet and excersize program this summer to get bikini ready Smile. It really has paid off but now I have a small amount of fat on my stomach and I was wondering if this is more losing weight (I feel my weight is small enough) or is just I need to do more abdominal excersizes.. I think u just need more abdominal exercises or running or jogging which ever u choose. By the way great body keep it up!

you have the dreaded "pooch" which is the last part of the tummy to go for women. You need to do lots of sit ups and ab exercises to get rid of it. Do some cardio to get rid of the little bit of fat you have. Youll lose that little bit you have in no time! Your body is great by the way!
