| -1 egg white omelet -1 piece of unbuttered whole wheat toast-1 glass of water-DVD workout (intense)-30 minutes on stair climber machine with 5 minute intervals between every 5 minutes.-3 glasses of water-small bowl of blueberries-30 crunches x 3-30 straight leg raises x 3-30 crunches with twist x 3-30 bicycle crunches x 3-30 V-sit and twist x 3-50 lunges x 3-30 push ups x 3-30 bridge ups x 3(60 seconds of skipping and 60 seconds on the stair climber machine between each rep.)-3 glasses of water-DVD workout (intense)-30 minutes on stair climber machine with 5 minute intervals between every 5 minutes.-1 small grilled salmon fillet-small bowl of brown rice-3 asparagusesIf I do this for 6 weeks every day, how much weight and inches do you think I will lose?(btw, my metabolism is fairly average.) |

| al ot but if you have fat on yourself you need to lose the fat than start to get in shape to lose inches |

| let me tell you a few things well first of all ur not eating enough, so your might want to check your diet, second if you do that everyday then you body is going to be used to doing that and its not going to be affected by it, therefor slowing your results.I would suggest, first building a little bit of muscle(at much more protein to your diet ex. fish chickem), lift weights. after you notice some muscle growth(couple of weeks)not like huge biceps but like a toned legs, then do cardio , because you will burn more calories due to bigger muscles. |
