i just gave birth of a baby 3 months ago .. i dropped 13 kg of the weight i gained which was 18 kg ... but most of the weight i gained was in my thighs,hips and legs .. i tried to walk daily but i got bored .. i thought of cycling !? i can use the home bike !? so which is better for losing those extra fats in these areas biking/cycling or walking ??and how many minutes should i do that ?

Biking will bulk the legs more, walking is your best bet. Get a book on tape maybe to keep you entertained while you walk, or walk with a friend or with the baby.I recommend walking for at least 30 minutes a day. Alternate power walking (fast, pumping your arms back and forth) and normal pace (not sloe pace).

Congratulations.WALking is the best, but batter still do power walking, buy the strap on weight and use them on the wrist and the ankles.Do all of them by rotation, so you do not get bored.Buy a pedometer use it all day, you need to walk equivalent of 6 miles a day( including very thing and the exercises).
