| I have had a weight problem since I pretty much since i Became a teenager. WEll now Im a little in the obese side. Im not moribly obese. But i dont want to become that way. This is what im trying to do. I drink a slim fast in the morning. Mid morning I have a snack. Usualy apple sauce or a 100 calorie snack. Then at lunch I have a salad. Then midafternoon If i am hungary I have another snack. Usually another 100 calorie snack. Then I have a sinsable dinner. I just started to walk again. Im going to plan to walk either in the morning or at night or evening. Since thats when its cool. I had to stop walking for a few weeks since I had surgary on my toe. Well now its pretty much a lot better. I bought comforable walking shoes as well. Im also taking vitiams. I take b-12 and magnesium (I have to take these for my headaches). Vitiam c and a multivitiam. I was just wondering for people if I am on the right track and if there is something else that I can do. Thank you soo much In advance.Im really trying to do this the healthy way. With out diet pillls. Ive reallzed that they dont work. As soon as my boyfriend move out to our own place. Im also going to try something like yoga booty ballet work out stuff or something similar. We just dont have the room for that. Im even thinking about joined something like cruves.
