HelloFirst, I understand where you're coming from. My name is Mary and I am posting this because I know what it’s like to be over weight and feel your life spiraling out of control. I was almost 360 pounds, struggling with my health and looking for a way out. Seriously, I would have done almost anything to make a change in my life. And I did, with very little success. Pills, therapy, even working out were getting me nowhere. No matter what I tried I never really saw a change because I could not stop my love of eating. It’s so hard for people to understand when they haven’t faced this struggle. Everyone just says that you have to will power. But if you are like me, you know there is much more to it.I realized I was holding my life in my hands and I made the decision to find a way out of my self-inflicted nightmare. After years of struggle and countless nights studying the ins and outs of exercise science I finally stumbled onto a Fat Loss program that caused me to lose 143 pounds and still allowed me to enjoy the foods I love. This is nothing like what you have done before. Fat Loss program changed my life and I could not believe just how easy it was.I want you to discover the key that turned my life around. For more information please visit: http://www.honestweightlossreview.comGood Luck,-Mary

You're not even close to overweight. You're still growing you need to eat if you're hungry. Make sure to eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and good protein (lean meats, low fat cheeses, skim milk)

Hey, that Mary lady isn't real I don't think. She's been sending everyone that same answer, whom is questioning weight loss. Whatever you do, start out slow. Or it will not work. Change your eating habits, slowly also. DO NOT starve yourself. And take vitamins daily. I know it doesn't seem important, but it really is.

Not sure what that first lady was trying to sell ya, but thats crap. You are not over weight, you are tall. and being 6 foot and only 147 lbs.. that is not heavy.. now if you were 6 foot and 247 then you would have problems being your only 14 yrs old.try adding protein shakes to your meals. Like a Muscle Milk or Whey powder works great. Use that with your meals or even in between meals as snacks. You are a growing boy, your metabolism is running high, just eat more often, smaller meals and lots of good snacks.Good Luck.

your bmi is about 20 which is very healthy. 18.5-24.9 is in the healthy range. and you are prob hungry all the time because you are so tall and are a growing boy and need lots of calories to fuel you. use this to see at least how many calories you need. http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php

For a 14 year old thats 6 feet tall you don't weigh enough. My brother is 16 and weighs 150 pounds and is about 6 feet tall and my brother is as skinny as a rail.Your still growing.I suggest that if you feel uncomfortable about your weight just exersize a little bit everyday if you can and eat healthy.

ok goo d news for you! You are NOT overweight. Actually, not even close!!! You have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 20.0I personally think that you dont have to worry about your weight. You are young, so you really dont need to think about things like this. About your hunger problem, make sure you are getting all the right foods and enough of it.
