Exercising and gaining weight?

I eat pretty healthy everyday and I go on my cycle bike for an 30 mins to an hr everyday.But,two days ago I was 107 now im back up too 109.I think gaining muscles but i dont know.

always up and down when you start put, body adjusting, keep it up and it will go down..

Everyone's weight is always fluctuating.. It depends what part of the day you weigh yourself, and how into your new lifestyle or workout you are. I would guess that the gain is due to new muscle mass.. If not, it's just probably your water weight that will get flushed out in a few days..
