I cycle on a stationary bicycle on alternate nights and do bodyweight excercises on my free days. So my schedule would be something like, on monday I'll cycle on my stationary bike, tuesday bodyweight excercises, wednesday stationary bike, thursday bodyweight excercises and so on.So I'm wondering if there is any harmful effects of excercising at night like for instance will it make it diffcult to sleep?

I have the same problem. I don't have time to work out during the day, so I work out at night. Sometimes I do get even more energetic, but I still head to bed and force myself to sleep. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
