I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Just, if you are lucky. You would need to have a calorie intake of no more than 1200 a day.I would also suggest 2 litres of water a day and nothing to eat after 6pm (or four hours before bed)The above should lose you 3 to 4 pounds a week

You seem to be working pretty hard at the gym. I personally believe that there is too much emphasis on these loose weight quick whilst not doing anything schemes. To be honest, you'd probably be pushing it to loose 28lb within 10 weeks, but I would say this:Not too many generations ago, we were mainly fit & active beings, eating local food which was sometimes fatty & what some diet schemes would class as unhealthy. The body has evolved over 1000s of years to cope with eating such foods in moderation. The problem is now that we aren't active enough for our bodies to deal with, & we generally eat too much food. The result is mass obesity,or slight overweightness.I would suggest that you simply go to the gym regardless of whether you're trying to loose weight or not, & keep on eating a decent amount of healthy food (don't eat too little as this can hinder matters also as you won't be getting enough of the correct vitamins, fibre, blablabla), still eat some icecream if you want (within moderation). Also, eat a proper breakfast as this helps to keep your body in sync apparently, & is better for weight loss than if you don't eat anything. The result will be a body that will be getting the correct level of nutrients, & the correct amount of exercise. Because your body is designed to deal with these element in order to best maintan itself, you'll end up loosing weight to a point where you arrive at your natural weight level.Generally exercise makes you feel better & if you keep on going to the gym 5 days a week (possibly a little excessive) you will start to notice changes within your body pretty soon (as in the next few weeks). They will all be small changes though. Keep on going & you'll eventually get there.I can almost gaurantee that you'll be feeling a lot happier with yourself for your holiday, & you'll probably have a lot more energy.Have a good time on holiday, & make sure you don't stop going to the gym when you get back! Make going to the gym as important as going to get the groceries each week, & it'll just become a chore of life which you'll probably find quite fun eventually (if you're not already - it gets easier!)

Hi dani,I think it's very possible. I lost 14lbs in 11 days. I found a diet that worked for me and stuck to it. What I also did was drink at least 2 litres of water per day and I exercised between 3/4 times a week at the gym.Don't let anyone tell you that you can't lose weight quickly and keep it off, I have. Just have a goal in your head and find the tools that can help you achieve that goal.Good luck
